You can request an address change by logging into my.sbli.com and clicking on “Update Personal Info” in the navigation bar. Next to the address you wish to change, click “Update” and follow the instructions.

You may also make an address change by calling us at 800-694-7254 or by completing the Name and Address Change Form and mailing it to SBLI, P.O. Box 4048, Woburn, MA 01801-4048.
